Our Company has fully equipped Service Department with all the relevant tools required for service, repairs & maintenance of various hospital & medical equipments and we provide services according to the requirement of our valued customers

All our Service personnel have Biomedical/Electro-medical background, which enables us to offer good services and to create a trouble free environment to the utmost satisfaction of our customers.

Upon commissioning, “Onsite Training Sessions” are the most valuable tools we offer to our customers by our qualified and trained service personnel, to ensure that they handle the equipment in proper manner. We support these initiatives with long-term commitment that provide a unifying framework, with a view to establish cordial good and long-term business relationship of trust and better understanding with all our customers and Principals.

Following are some key service support features of our Company:

  • Complaints, if any, are promptly attended on one telephone call.
  • If any Equipment becomes faulty, we do our level best in replacing it with back-up unit; which is then brought to our service workshop for removing the fault and brought into working order and delivered to our customers so that their work does not suffer.
  • In addition to our regular service back-up support during the warranty period, taking into consideration the requirement of our customers, we also have following Options of providing “Service Contract” after expiry of warranty period of the equipment:

    • Flexible Plan according to requirements.
    • Contract Options, suitable as per demand.
    • Follow suggestions according to customers’ interest.
